Welcome to DJ Hard Rockers. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Services

  • DJ Hard Rockers provides DJ, sound, lighting, and event entertainment services as described on our website or in your booking agreement.

  • Specific services, equipment, and event details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or booking form).

  • A non-refundable advance payment/deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The balance payment must be cleared before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made by the client less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If DJ Hard Rockers cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an alternative arrangement will be made.

  • Rescheduling may be allowed subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must ensure the venue is safe, accessible, and has the necessary permissions for music, sound, and lighting.

  • The client is responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by guests or venue negligence.

  • Adequate power supply must be provided by the client/venue.

5. Our Responsibilities

  • We will provide professional DJs, sound, and lighting as agreed upon in the booking.

  • We will ensure punctual setup and performance, subject to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, natural disasters, etc.).

6. Liability

  • DJ Hard Rockers is not liable for any indirect damages, venue issues, or interruptions beyond our control.

  • Our liability for any direct loss is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, logos, images, and content on our website are the property of DJ Hard Rockers and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts.
